Urgent Care near Saugerties

“Probably the best ever urgent care center I have been to in my life. Everyone is beyond nice and professional and efficient, they work so hard to get you in without waiting and it's an absolute pleasure to go to an emergency media center when you go here. I was so worried about a random, recent issue/condition and in under an hour I was not only basically cured, but felt healed just by the compassionate care given from everyone as you walk in, those at the front desk, the nurses, the PAs the doctor. If you need urgent care and you are in the vicinity, you need to go here. I actually look forward to going again! I mean, I hope I don't have to, but if me or a family member or friend do, we will be going here and we will be so grateful.“

“When I got the Nuvance I was pleasantly surprised that there was only one patient in front of me. I didn't wait long to get into the exam room. However, I did wait a pretty good amount of time to be initially seen. I was happy with the Dr (Laura....). Loved her. She left and once again found myself waiting a rather long time. Finally taken to another room to have the x-ray done (not sure why i needed to leave the room I was in, the x-ray machine is portable).... the tech asked me which thumb was being x-rayed... I stated the right.... she said no, it's the left.... ummmmm... nope I think I know what's bothering me. Hahaha.Needless to say, new paperwork had to be done to read the correct thumb. More time waiting..... in the end.... did I think I spent too much time waiting for staff, yes.... would I go back there, yes.No doubt, everyone was very friendly, just wasn't thrilled with being there just over 2 hours.“

“The receptionist are great. They are so sweet and I got in within 15 minutes. I had an injury and they took great care of me. They sent me over to get an x-ray, thank you urgent care for this great experience especially Patricia Mathous!“
