The receptionist are great. They are so sweet and I got in within 15 minutes. I had an injury and they took great care of me. They sent me over to get an x-ray, thank you urgent care for this great experience especially Patricia Mathous!
Tough to really review, but I walked in because I saw on the website they accept walk-ins for x-rays. The various desks were clearly labeled above them, the woman you helped me check in was delightful and friendly, I had no sooner checked in than I got called back, X-rays completed QUICKLY by a very friendly technician (thanks Courtney!) and I was out. Ample parking, nice building, no idea if the Urgent Care is any good.
I went to Nuvance Urgent Care because I wasn't feeling well. I was treated with excellent care, complete questions and answers to all of my concerns. I will not hesitate to tell all of my friends and if needed, I will go back for future care. Thank you to the Doctoe, assistants ans staff for a perfect experience.
