The patient care was a 5. Friendly reception, excellent doctor and phlebotomist. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 is the computer software for pre- registration was frustrating, annoying and not user friendly. Asked me several times with in a minute to verify myself. Medical care excellent. Very easy to contact by phone, unlike Optum.

Every staff member was very kind, dealt with my high anxiety to a level of professionalism that was unmatched. I make the extra drive specifically for this place because how well the staff do their jobs!

Really good experience at this Kingston location:* Squeezed us in late evening (7:30pm) and stayed beyond their closing time for X-rays/diagnosis and talk us through what care we needed next.* Dr Gulati phoned us to follow up after 24 hours and check that we had found a suitable orthopedic specialist and that the correct ongoing treatment was in-progress.
