Probably the best ever urgent care center I have been to in my life. Everyone is beyond nice and professional and efficient, they work so hard to get you in without waiting and it's an absolute pleasure to go to an emergency media center when you go here. I was so worried about a random, recent issue/condition and in under an hour I was not only basically cured, but felt healed just by the compassionate care given from everyone as you walk in, those at the front desk, the nurses, the PAs the doctor. Specifically want to write about Jacqueline Mahabir, a nurse practitioner who has seen me on several occasions at this facility. As the President and Founder of a Hospitality Consulting Company, I am extremely sensitive to the way I am treated by someone in the field- whether it be at a restaurant, shop or urgent care facility. Ms. Mahabir, with her kindness, professionalism and gentleness softened the discomfort I was experiencing. If only everyone in her position was as attentive and connected as she. Bravo for having her as part of the team there. It surely will help with the healing process.

I know urgent care facilities have limited capacity to treat all us walk ins as well as bureaucratic rules. Plus staff attentiveness can vary. However I am giving a 5 star review for my experience in Saugerties last week, where Jacqueline M gave excellent care and follow up. Her efforts were much appreciated.
