They have great communication (written and verbal) before and after the appointment . Our Dr was kind and great with the furry ones as well as patient with us. I called the vets frantic and In tears, they got me in as soon as possible that same day. Everyone in that office was/ are so kind and understanding. Thank you guys for everything you do. “The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. We've been clients for over 5 years and have never paid a bill late and then they implemented this new policy. The attitude of people enforcing the policy is way over the top. I accidentally typed a credit card number wrong so the deposit was declined and the interaction was very pushy and adversarial like I was some type of deadbeat on the phone with a debt collector. I can't say this left a good impression on me AT ALL. I know the policy isn't the staff member's fault, but frankly, this policy stinks and treats all customers like would be deadbeats that don't pay their bills or something and I'm not very happy with it.“
