“We had a not so great experience at a different vet earlier in the day. Our dog was clearly in pain. I stopped in and spoke with the receptionist who was extremely kind. At this point in the day I was on the verge of tears. They were so sweet, they were able to squeeze us in, for an additional charge which was totally understandable considering it considered an emergency appointment.Dr. butler and his team treated our scared guy so well. “I cannot thank this vet enough for how they have helped me the past several months. I had to put one of my guinea pigs down after his consistent, severe battle with his paw being injured. Now, one of my guinea pigs is having respiratory issues.
