“Excellent and professional agent. I bought a house through her a few months ago. She was always available when I needed her. She contacted the sellers immediately if I had a question. Easy to work with and you feel like you are working with your best friend. She puts her customers interests first and offers expert advice guidance. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a house or commercial property”
“I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Rupinder Singh. I’ve been searching for a home for years (5+years), but the realtors I worked with previously never truly understood me—my constraints, my goals, or my needs. From the moment I met RP, everything changed. He listened deeply, asked the right questions, and approached the entire process with genuine care and intention.
He negotiated on my behalf with the kind of attention to detail that made me feel like he was purchasing the home for himself. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of anxiety, but RP guided me through every step. He took the time to explain what to look for, what to avoid, and helped me feel confident and informed throughout the journey. He noticed things I never would have caught and always ensured my best interests were protected.
After years of searching, I finally found my home—and I truly believe it’s because of RP. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise, patience, honesty, and support. I would highly recommend RP to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely listens, understands, and cares.”
“John and Judy sold my parents home in Bayside. They were a pleasure to work with They made themselves available to answers questions at anytime and were quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend them to others.”
