I've lived here going on 2 years now and I can't be more pleased with the building in it's entirety. The location is amazing, extremely close to all. I was a bit skeptical of the neighborhood when I first moved although I have to say the downtown is coming around and already have seen massive improvements in the 2 short years. The building staff are great and always available to help if ever needed. I welcome all to come and check the building out because the more time that goes by the more I fall in love with the place. The building is quiet and extremely well built. I entertain frequently and never had a complaint about noise because all the main exterior walls are made of concrete and the place is nearly soundproof !! I follow what's going on in the city of New Rochelle and if you simply google new developments you will see that massive amounts of money are being invested in the downtown. This is obviously a sign that there is high demand for the area and will only be getting better. If anyone has questions I'd be more than happy to help. Love the building and love the neighborhood.
