John Brady is my fellow colleague in Keller Williams Realty Landmark for over 10 years. I know him always a top agent in our office, but I know him much better during a deal that we just closed together three weeks ago. It is a difficult two family transaction where the owner is deceased and his power of attorney lives far away from NY and hird an attorney in Florida. To add difficulty to the transaction, this is a house almost 100 years old and has NO C/O. John as the listing broker went above and beyond of normal job requirements. Not only he helped the elderly POA communicated with her attorney and all parties involved, he found a solution to solve the C/O problem, and he oversaw the after-fire construction of the house went well and supplemented whatever needed to make the buyers happy. During the final walkthrough, there were unexpected broken and dirty items in the house that needed attention. John went to Home Depot , spent his own money and made extra trip to the house. He rolled up his sleeves and took care all of the troublesome items to help the closing went as scheduled. As a fellow Realtor, I can't help but admire and respect him of his professionalism and devotion to get things done right. During the long process of this transaction, which took almost 4 months to close, John shared his philosophy both towards life and work with me all the time. He is truly a mentor and a lovely Realtor to work with. I have no resrevation to give him 5 stars from a professional point of view.
