After a month of independently searching for a decent apartment for my family of 3, I was recommended to Crystal by a co-worker. Let me say, th e experience was impeccable, professional, with outstanding customer service which is IMPORTANT. Crystal, listened attentively to my issues and/or concerns, addressed any preliminary issues in advance and was able to assist me in securing suitable housing within my budget in less than 30 days. I'll definitely be recommending her to anyone I know seeking adequate housing for their family in the NYC area. I had one week to move out of my old place and Sheryl was on it. So, I want to say Thank you to Sheryl, Ruth and Waka. Not only did Sheryl found me a place in 3 days I was able to move in on the 4th day. Waka thank you for helping me pull up and print all of my documents you are so kind..Ruth, Thank you so much for all you have done prior to me looking for an apartment. I will definitely be returning to purchase my house with your company in the near future..
