Jared was great and took care of the yard and got rid of all the wolf spiders on the house, giving suggestions on how to keep them away.
Had a situation with a hornet's nest, and after calling the help line (which was helpful and able to get me an appointment the same day which they said was rare and probably lucky enough), later that day had Sandra call up and check on the situation, and she was even nice enough to move the appointment forward a few hours to check on the situation sooner.
Being helpful and communicative she went around checking the property, explaining things, and taking the pictures she needed while her manager came out later that day to take it down. Jerome was great! Super nice and explained the service he was going to do as well as check in to see if I had a specific concerns he needed to address. I also received a notification when he was on the way so I knew to expect his visit.
