I never receive a survey from Terminix. I asked the technician he said, everyone doesn't get one. Everyone should get one like most businesses do.My technician, Todd, is awesome. Always listening, asks questions and makes sure all my questions and concerns are answered.GIVE TODD A RAISE!I really appreciate everything he does for me. Terminix isn't cheap by any means, I stay with Terminix because of Todd.
