I had a great experience with PerfectStep Flooring Solutions! Justin was really helpful when it came to picking out the right flooring for a house I was getting ready to sell. He took the time to explain our options without trying to upsell us. They are our new go to company for our flooring needs. Glad I found this company!
I can't say enough about how pleased we are with PerfectStep Flooring Solutions and the Staff. Justin did an Awesome job helping us pick out our flooring to installing it for us. We came across a problem with installation but Justin came up with a solution within a day to make it happen for us. We appreciate everything he has done for us. Our floor looks just perfect and we love it. He is the most courteous, friendly and always willing to answer any questions we might have. Thank you to his wife also who helped us along the way as well. Also a big thank you to Dima for helping Justin do a remarkable floor.
Justin, Bianca, and their team were fantastic to work with. The new floors look beautiful, and both of them went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our flooring decision. We also needed a painter, and Justin recommended someone he trusted — that turned out to be a great decision. Justin and Bianca are true professionals and the ones to call if you want the job done right. We’ll definitely continue doing business with this fantastic company. Thank you so much!
