You need to add this place to your choices of tile selections. They have full-size, single tiles for purchase that you can take home. If it doesn't turn out to be what you want, you can return it if it's not damaged. In our opinion, this is the largest selection of tile you'll ever see in your life. Many staff walking around to assist too. Prices are very comparable if not better than other nearby stores. Yes, we did make a couple of purchases right then and placed an order for pickup, which will be in soon. (We needed more than what was on the shelf. We went into floor and decor today to look for a bathroom vanity for our bathroom. We were greeted by such friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Especially Ken who went above and beyond for us! He was very patient with us, very helpful, kind, had a wonderful personality! He helped us pick out flooring, vanity, and the faucet. Thank you so much Ken!

I had long been searching for a tile that had been discontinued! She was super friendly, and patient on the phone & was able to workout shipping for my very niche need of less than a box worth of tile for something that was discontinued. Literally no stores within 100+ miles had ANYTHING. Finally Rochester was able to get it shipped directly to me!
