Lou & Steve came over to inspect our fireplace, seeing as how we recently purchased the house, and haven't used it yet. Not only were they thorough, efficient, and polite, they also went above and beyond to help clean it up, and even gave us tips on how to use it effectively, and keep it cleaned in the future!
