I manage an apartment building. We had a water leak that started on 4th floor and we had issues on all floors below. They came out, sent a quote and scheduled us quickly. Jackson communicated every step. They only took what was needed and left a very clean space when done!

I could not be more impressed with the service we received from Tom at Rock Environmental. I scheduled an appointment with him when I had concerns about a musty smell throughout my house without any understanding of what was causing it or where it was coming from. He spent a full hour going through the house, giving me valuable information and feedback and ultimately found the source of the musty smell. He set up to have a mold specialist come through the house the very next day and then didn't even charge me for the initial hour of his time.
