“Love Love Love this place. Staff is amazing. They are all about the animals. My dog is tough to deal with and they do it with a smile and understand the dogs feelings. Doc is excellent. He is extremely busy but has time to listen. He gets on the floor and takes his time to let the dog know it's safe. He truly cares about these animal's. All my life I have had animals and have been to several vets its always about the money. This place is about the animals.“

“I just wanted to say how amazing the girls at the front desk, the staff, and Dr. Khan were. This was my first time coming here and everyone was genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in.
I originally went to the East Setauket animal hospital for my cat’s extractions but wanted a second opinion, so I tried this place since it’s close to my house and I’m honestly so glad I did. Dr. Khan really goes above and beyond for your pet. I actually felt comfortable leaving my cat with her. Before the surgery she took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease.
After the procedure they went over how recovery would go, gave me the cutest bag with my cat’s name on it, and called the next day to check on him. That alone showed me how much they genuinely care.

“My vet’s office closed in Farmingdale and the vet I was using moved to Paumanok in Patchogue. Not a close ride as I live in Plainview. But it love Dr Kuehn and I figured it was worth a try. I was happy on both visits for each of my cats, even though, my little guy, Bobby Boo is more like a mountain lion rather than a 10lb cat. He hates everyone but he’s not paying the bills. Nice facility. Staff is great. I’m happy. If you live close to Patchogue, give it a try.“

“Everyone has been very kind over the 24 years we have been going there. Whether check up, problem or saddest moment, our pets have been treated well. The new vet has been wonderful to our fur babies and gentle with all of us when we just lost one. Pricey, but I believe they offer awesome care.“

After a few difficult weeks, a frustrating time with her old vet, and her clawing her shoulders so bad she ripped her fur off, I decided to go to Dr. Dave as per my mothers recommendation. “I recently was in a tough situation where my vet was unable to see my dog Riley for some unexpected bleeding. The last thing I wanted to do was go to an emergency room, so I tried calling Miller Place Animal Hospital to see if they could get me in - as a new patient, without an appointment. Dr. Hirsch and his staff were so accommodating, taking me in same day (on a Saturday no less), and helping to ensure that my dog was seen and cared for right away. It’s not often that I review a doctor’s office, but in this case, it was so well deserved, that I’d be doing them an injustice if I didn’t socialize it!

She had immediate medical attention. Her doctor at Patchogue animal hospital called after the surgery and when I was not able to be contacted.
