“I had a power divider go out.In the hicksville ny location.they got me right in.then proceeded to charge me 18 hours total labor to diagnose (4hrs), remove and inspect another (4hrs) of labor. I went and got my own part in Boston because it was taking so long to get a cost on parts.they then charged 10 hours to reinstall the divider and clean the housing. Weller the part place that remains the parts stated 6 to 8 hours would be normal to R&R a power divider. Now the biggest issue is the removed the rear output shaft rebuilt it and put new seal on 2 hours labor plus parts, 600 miles later that assembly came apart at highway speeds. The tech installed a bearing backwards. Paul in service has yet to call me back or answer my follow up emails!“

They eventually needed to order the part, so it took longer than Expected. They fixed the problem and also got my truck regenerated and checked for any other issues. None popped up. Thanks guys !!!“
