Never got a chance to actually work with Crown Towing because of some scheduling issues but I received a call the following day from the owner which completely changed my perception of how the company is managed. I respected the following up. For that reason I would use and recommend them in the future.
THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! My truck was stuck in a garage and several other tow companies could not make the tow clearance or had me waiting 24hrs for a tow because their equipment wasnt ready. COULDNT DO THAT! Called crown towing and their night dispatcher Joey was extremely meticulous in getting detailed info from me so that the tow would be so successful. no one else called provided that level of concern for my situation and this was key to the successful tow! When the field tech Roger came he already was well informed. I used this company through Geico where I have my insurance.Used the Geico app to request a tow - within a minute of requesting the service I got a call from Joey. He walked me through all the information to make sure it was accurate - AND he suggested a better option - a tow to a 24 hour tire shop for a fix.Suggestion was great - and not something I would have ever come up with on my own.Tow driver (Donovan) arrived in 30 minutes as predicted by Joey - load up was fast - drive across Bronx was safe and unadventurous - and the tire shop was able to replace the destroyed tire and get me on my way.Running a tow truck business cant be easy - dealing with a lot of stressed...read full review
