I had a power divider go out.In the hicksville ny location.they got me right in.then proceeded to charge me 18 hours total labor to diagnose (4hrs), remove and inspect another (4hrs) of labor. I went and got my own part in Boston because it was taking so long to get a cost on parts.they then charged 10 hours to reinstall the divider and clean the housing. Weller the part place that remains the parts stated 6 to 8 hours would be normal to R&R a power divider. Now the biggest issue is the removed the rear output shaft rebuilt it and put new seal on 2 hours labor plus parts, 600 miles later that assembly came apart at highway speeds. The tech installed a bearing backwards. Paul in service has yet to call me back or answer my follow up emails!

The truck we had purchased was giving us nothing but issues.
