My water heater decided to call it quits and started leaking all over the basement.
I reached out to H&A Queens plumbing and Eugene answered the call and said he would come out to replace it after I sent him pictures of the situation.
Eugene was at my house within 3 hours of my initial call with a new water heater and replaced the old unit, all this at a reasonable price. Thanks.
This review is simply based on a consult with Eugene. Within 24hrs of reaching out to him he was at my house to assess leaks in my bathroom and son’s bedroom. Some plumbers will create problems but Eugene was both thorough and honest. He explained that none of the water damage I was seeing was coming from pipes. He made sure to thoroughly inspect and tell me what my next steps should be. While I didn’t need Eugene’s services this time, I saved him to my phone in case I do experience future plumbing issues or if anyone I know is seeking a plumber. Honesty is hard to come by these days and I am grateful for Eugene’s professionalism and honesty.
Had a leak in the ceiling and needed a emergency plumber, I tried calling like 10 different companies and nobody would even answer. These guys answered the first time I called and came out pretty quickly, finished the job. Very reliable people. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
