I work and communicate closely with Kris O'Brien and Anthony Barrett. They are both excellent and professional. I had an emergency the other night and Kris came right out to assess the issue and was able to get Anthony on the phone at night so they could communicate and do a systems check as to what was going wrong with my generator. The generator I have is older, as is the house, and we do intend to put in a new generator eventually and will certainly use them to do it. For now they are doing an incredible job of maintaining the system we have and have made minor upgrades to improve performance, longevity, and to save me some money in the short term. I am very pleased with all aspects of the service and relationship that I have with them.
