“We have been very impressed with the professionalism Paint Track Painting provided when they painted rooms in our Pinebrook Road home in Ossining. They really made us proud to support local small businesses. The team was prompt and need, leaving no mess for us to clean up. We definitely recommended them to anyone looking to have paint work done in their house.Thank you Ray for your leadership and keeping your word.“

“I have known Sal for several years and him and his crew do incredible work. We hired Color My World for a master bathroom renovation, addition and first floor renovation. From the framing work and tile work to the finish carpentry and painting, Sal's attention to detail and persistence on the project is fantastic. We highly recommend Color My World for your construction projects.“

“They did a massive add-on and renovation to my home. Eric Abraham was my point person for the project. Eric did EVERYTHING, from picking out fixtures and moldings with my wife, to working hands out with subcontrators and city officials. Eric is totally honest and transparent. In some cases he would talk us out of an expensive option for one thing or another, telling us it was something that wouldn't have added much value to our house, and we really wouldn't get as much benefit as we thought we would. And in only two cases did the opposite thing happen, and I just WISH we had listened to Eric; We put a nice island in the middle of our kitchen, but the design didn't call for a sink. Eric respectfully recommended we add one; he said it WOULD add to the value of the house, buyers would expect to see it when we sold the house, and we would end up using it. And he said it'd be worth it. He didn't harp on it though. We declined to add the sink. And we've always regretted it since. He was right. Same goes for the bathtub in our master bedroom, where Eric once again respectfully recommended that we add jacuzzi jets, again for the same set of reasons that we should have added the sink the the kitchen island. Again, he didn't harp on it. Well, we declined again, and of course he had been right, again, and of course we've always regretted it since. All of that said, our renovation was a SMASHING success. Comstock's work was AMAZING. And not only that, but they said it would be take six months, and sure enough, it was SIX MONTHS. And they had every excuse for it to take longer, because during excavation they found the remains of an old oil tank. Of course no one knew this has been there, and it had to be properly remediated, etc. It's the kind of thing you dread, that you worry could add thousands upon thousands to the price of your job, and potentially take weeks, of not months to deal with. Nope. Comstock knew exactly who to call, and how best to deal with it. And it cost a small fraction of what I feared it might cost. My home has huge curb appeal now. The neighbors three houses down loved the work being done, and got to know Eric during the renovation. And they ended up using Comstock for their renovation, which was a job twice the size of mine! And their house looks awesome. I couldn't offer a better recommendation !!!“

“I was hired to help prepare a 100 year old townhouse for sale. It had been vacant for two to three years and needed some sprucing up. Never having owned a home, but being a life long NYC apartment dweller, I was nervous about the process of finding the right people to do everything that needed doing. Thank goodness I found NYC Brownstone first. Jack and Justin and their team are experts, honest, professional and responsive. Jack met with me and went over the entire 7 floors and we talked about what it made sense to do and what it did not. There was a leak over the door to the patio on the 2nd floor that turned out to be a big deal and was coming from the patio on the 3rd floor. The ceiling had to be ripped out and the patio pavers on the third floor had to be ripped out. Jack saved us $12K by suggeesting we not re-pave the patio, just leave the waterproof membrane once it was down since it looked good and the new owners would no doubt want to re-do it to their taste. Their crew was there for over three weeks and I got an email every evening with a report on who had been there and what had been accomplished. The work site was spotless, floors and woodwork were meticulously protected, everything was cleaned up every night. Six months later, when the place was finally staged, we discovered mold on a wall. I called NYC Brownstone and they were there the next day. Well, that turned into a leaking waste pipe buried in a brick wall. Once again, Jack and Justin and the team are as responsive, professional and organized as before. If I ever win the lottery and buy a brownstone, the first thing I will do is sign a maintenance contract with NYC Brownstone.“
