Today was our first appointment with Alison after having had a horrible experience at a groomer in Dundee. Alison restored our faith in caring and experienced groomers. Our girl came home happy and wanting to play. The salon is very clean, well lit and welcoming. Alison took the time to listen to what we wanted and then perfectly executed it. She only has one baby in the salon at a time so your baby will be her whole focus. I would highly recommend her.

We’ve found our new HASSLE-FREE cleaning crew! We used Joie’s this year to prep our cottage prior to arrival for the summer. Communication was prompt, courteous and professional. Despite our last-minute request, Carrie provided a clear and fair estimate for the requested work, and delivered exactly as promised with fast turnaround. They were punctual to the minute, and were able to accommodate our last minute changes. They came in right on budget and went above and beyond to do extra work that they felt would be helpful (they were right!). They were fearless in braving our cellar, turning on power and water for the cottage, hunting for hidden keys, dealing with mice and wasps, and doing it all with zero hassle. The basement of my barn house has changed over the years... from cows, to man-cave workshop and thanks to Lakeside Kitchen Design, it has been turned into a beautiful, small kitchen perfect for me! Luke and Lydia listened to what I wanted and helped me with ideas for how to configure the space with attention to small details and the overall plan. The installation by Jeff and Jim was excellent - I love the pullout drawers, hidden microwave space and floating shelves.
I hired Helping Hands for a deep cleaning and continued service for several months while I was caring for my husband at home. They did a wonderful job and I could spend time with my husband and family instead of cleaning. Helping Hands helped us all through a very difficult time. Lorena and Natalia were so considerate and kind, and they were careful with the use of products and noise, too. The house sparkled and our stress was hugely reduced. Wonderful people and service. Pat was a pleasure to work with. He communicated in a way my wife and I understood and was helpful to work through our computer issues. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process which didn’t take very long. He fixed the computer issues and gave us recommendations since the machine had an older Operating System. I would recommend Pat for any computer issue and will definitely use his services again.

After sending a very clear cost sheet, she suggesteda location that was convenient and beyond idyllic. I have recently moved to New York. Since I have been here, I have been in search of a new artist. I finally found one. Gump has done two tattoos on me, one on my son and one on my son n law. He is very quick, light handed, does amazing work. We will definitely be going back to him for any further work. He is amazing. Thank you Gump for getting us in and doing incredible work.

They did a very nice job, and I was pleased with the results. The house looks almost brand new again with all signs of mildew, and other dirt that had accumulated over the past 13 years pretty much all gone and looking pristine again.

Upstate New York Tree Service was highly recommended by my parents, for doing such a terrific tree trimming job for them recently. So, no surprise that this wonderful family business for decades, did a fantastic job at doing some significant tree trimming of two very large trees for me! The owner thoroughly knowledgeable & having a background educated in all things green, explained the significance of the bit of rot on one of the trees. Also he detailed a plan to remediate & comprehensively trim down both trees, especially the compromised one to lighten the load quite a bit. Having had a major tree removed out front a while ago & knowing pricing (& add inflation) a bit for this work, his quote was reasonable & fair. & Especially nice, was that he could get in the work required very soon, rather than waiting weeks or more for a quote & work done, as maybe for some tree services. His very professional team arrived w/all their heavy duty equipment, tools & saws ready to take care of business. & That they did in a very organized, thoughtful & effective manor at doing some very involved & complicated tree trimming. In the very back of my yard, they successfully navigated, tied off & avoided large branches damaging my new shed, garage or nice fence! No small accomplishment! When all was effectively & efficiently done over a few days, they very thoroughly cleaned up & hauled away all tree branches & debris. After recently worrying while watching my trees sway wickedly during that big storm that generated numerous tornadoes in Central NY, I will worry no more! Plus as a major bonus: much less raking, picking up sticks/branches & plenty of new sunlight to enjoy; priceless! Appreciate very much the comprehensive, reasonably priced, & quality professional job done by Upstate New York Tree Service from the owner to the whole crew!

My husband came here for the first time and his hair look amazing! In the past no one has listened to him or given him what he so bluntly asked for. He said everyone was nice and professional and knew what they were doing his experience was great!
