The electric in our dining room went out. It was a faulty circuit breaker. They came out the next morning and fixed it very quickly. While I had them in the house I identified a few other projects and scheduled a second visit. Communication with Andrew has been fantastic polite and they have arrived and started the work when stated. Communication between the techs and office or other techs is lacking. The notes and list communicated to the original tech were not passed on to the dispatcher or weren't passed on to the next tech so I had to explain what was needed when they arrived back to work during the next visit.
