After a devastating fire at my home, I needed all my flooring replaced. Mike and his team were wonderful and kind. Bill and his son installed all the floors- they were done to perfection .Mike checked on the progress often. Thank god I found church’s. They were were wonderful
Amazing selection of every type of floor covering and wall tile as well as a staff that's very knowledgeable and helpful about their products and what/how to best use for your project. You couldn't find a better flooring store in any larger town or city.
My home was flooded on August 16 to 18, destroying my carpeting in the basement. I visited Mike Westfall on Monday August 23, after I had removed the damaged carpet, dried out the area,, sealed the floor, and repainted. Since I rent this house out with guests coming on Saturday August 28, I asked if he could expedite delivery of new carpeting. Today , Tuesday August 24th at 1 pm , Mike delivered my new carpet! What more could you possibly want from a business? They provided ABSOLUTELY OUSTANDING customer service. This is why dealing with local businesses is always the way to go -- when you really need help, they come through!
