I had a great experience at Family Hair Care. After going to another local place (which butchered my hair) I went to Family Hair Care after I managed to grow some of the issues from the last place out. It was a lot to fix and the stylist did an amazing job. I also got a color when I was in and she asked me how much I wanted to spend on it and worked something out within that budget. The salon does look very pared down but, it was clean and appeared organized from what I could see. I'd highly recommend it.
