My Solar Edge solar panels were offline due to a catastrophic failure of the inverter, related to water entering the conduit (presumably due to a faulty installation by a company no longer in business!). After trying several other installers, who were too busy to take on the job, I finally found Finger Lakes Power Systems. Dan replaced the inverter and worked with Solar Edge to debug and restart the system. It took some time, but he diligently kept at it and kept me informed. I am very happy with the outcome, and recommend Finger Lakes Power Systems without hesitation.
