Amazing service! I had a problem that every other tech service said they couldn't handle over the phone or that I'd have to buy something to fix it. I called the Geek Squad and withing 5 minutes I was back in business!

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. We bought a new Samsung TV during the holidays that had and issue. The tech on the phone determined in 5 minutes what the problem was and suggested I go into the Victor store to make arrangements to exchange for a new TV. The Geek Squad brought a new TV out to the house, hooked it all up again with no questions asked. Couldn't be happier. Yes it was a hassle, but the problem was a defective Samsung product, not Best Buy's sales or service. Sales and service was great! I highly recommend
