“We had a plumbing issue over the weekend. Called our usual plumbing company who told us it was due to our septic system. I admit I have neglected having it pumped so I thought it was a good possibility. Called Chamberlain this morning and Josh showed up earlier than estimated. Not only did he service our septic tank but took a look at the plumbing indoors. He gave me a recommendation for a different plumbing company. He also took the time to speak to them explaining the situation better than I could have. I have hope that our situation will be resolved tomorrow! Josh was beyond polite and informative. I appreciate his honesty and the way he took care of us! Josh is an absolute asset to this business!! I will always use Chamberlain for all my septic system needs!“

“We needed a new water heater last minute. I did my research and the one I found made a suggestion for John Lockwood as an installer. Well we lucked out. The installer came on time and did a wonderful job installing. He made sure to make suggestions of problems that he saw and was able to get them fixed quickly at the same time. The bill was as expected and they had modern ways of accepting payment. If I have plumbing needs they will be my first call! Thank you JLP.“
