We had to have an emergency plumbing repair prior to moving out of our home. Lockwood accommodated us on short notice. They did the large repair in our basement so seamlessly that it’s not even noticeable, and everything is working better than it ever has. They were even able to take care of a minor issue that we had been having while they were here. There work was spotlessly clean with very little impact to our day. They deserve five stars! I had my main water valve replaced. They coordinated the shut off, and turn on, with the Water Authority. The appointment was for 10:30 and they were early, which was fine. The plumber, Will,
(You’ll see his name in other great reviews) was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and confident. He made what looked like a difficult job easy. As I watched him work, he told me what he was doing step by step. Some people don’t like others watch them work, but he didn’t mind. I asked if he could repair a pinhole in a copper line and he didn’t hesitate. There was an extra charge for that but it was very reasonable.
