“My husband and I chose Dependable Home Improvements along with Steve and his team to do a one-story audition to our L-ranch home in Massapequa. DHI completed the job on time and without any difficulties. There were many subcontractors needed, and Steve, the owner of DHI, was able to provide, coordinate and supervise all the work. Pedro and his partner Angel were mainstays on the job, and they were top-of-the-line mechanics and craftsmen. The finish work required precise measurements, tile cutting, staircase finishing, moulding installation and fine-tuning, and the men were on the job daily and consistently . The infrastructure work needed to be coordinated amongst the trades and Steve came through each time with the right people to perform the work. With a job this size, having a general contractor that was knowledgeable, confident, reliable, attentive, and efficient was the only way to get the project started and complete without any problems. A special note for Ashley, the office manager, who would always answer the phone or call back whenever there was a question or concern. “County Roofing recently replaced a roof and gutters at one of ACDS homes in Merrick. The communication from Keith was unprecedented in any dealing that we have had with a contractor. From the very moment he looked at the job he continually followed up to assure us that County Roofing was ready to take on the work when we were ready to move forward. Once a decision was made on our end, the job was scheduled about a week out and it was completed in two days. With the second day relegated to thorough cleanup and finishing touches, the work was done timely, tidy, efficiently and with great care. We will use County Roofing again and recommend them highly to everyone.“

“Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product. I assume price was reasonable although I didnt get a second estimate. Would definitely call them again.“

“My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.

The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.

These guys are terrific to work with , pay great attention to detail and deliver a quality product.
