“I had an absolutely first class experience with the team at NISI. Marvin came by to give me a free estimate and together with Rey put together a detailed quote with a very fair price. Once the work began between Rey, Marvin and Nelson someone from the ownership team was on-site every single day. Johnny and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job and did it all with a can-do attitude, never shying away from a request no matter how small. They meticulously added 2 inch foam board insulation under the new siding that completely changed the house. This time we needed the big one: tearing out all the old layers and complete roof replacement. Eric Levy assessed the situation, gave a very fair price and had a crew for us within a few days. After intermittent ceiling leaks from a prior roof replacement in 2003 that was subpar and having another local roofer try to repair the leaks in 2007, 2011, and 2017, we called Jaimie. He felt a roof replacement (new membrane) was in order and, not only was his estimate 20% less than a local roofer, he offered double the guarantee...10 years. His crew was respectful, neat, and they worked tirelessly to get the job done in two days. I had some last minute concerns that were addressed promptly and with a warm smile. “Hands down the best roofers around. My parents used them around a year ago and they did an excellent job and no issues to this day. I started construction on a new home and decided to give them a chance. They gave me an estimate on the spot and I decided to use them. A few weeks later I called to setup a time and they scheduled a time. Not only did they show up on time, but they contacted me the day before to remind me that they were coming. They showed up and got started immediately.Jimmy’s communication is excellent and all the guys do really good work. I wanted a few specific things done and didn’t have to remind them, and the did it exactly.Bottom line, they do great work and are a great company. I will never use another roofing company.“
