“This is my 2nd major renovation with Shells Only, and I'd use them again if we had anything else to do. I can't recommend them enough. They redid my kitchen years ago and added a dormer this time. My project manager Chris contacted me every single day to tell me exactly what was happening. The few times the daily plan had to change, he told me as quickly as possible, and explained it. We finished quickly for a major job, in less than 90 days, with zero delays. We were never pressured into any upgrades, and they even helped us with some other work at no charge (building a shoe cubby in a wall and some other small requests). All of the workers took pride in their work and treated my house with more respect than I sometimes do. Thanks again!“

“Just had my roof replaced by Clearview roofing. I got an estimate from them about 5 years ago. Their foreman Rick came out and spoke with me for a while. I myself am in the construction field and came across many contractors. After talking with Rick and Chris I could tell that they are the real deal and there is BS or false promises with them. I finally made the decision to get the work done and Chris only increased the estimate from 5 years ago by 500 dollars. What you see is what you get with Clearview roofing.
