“I was very impressed with Robert, his crew and office manager, Donna. I interviewed five different companies when it came to replacing my roof. Not only was Robert the most personable, knowledgeable and responsive of the group, his price also came in the best.<br><br>Because we have a section of our roof, that is a low slope, he walked me through how a different shingle system would be required, as well as attic venting. I had that was no longer necessary because of ridge caps.<br><br>There was clear communication throughout the whole process. Can I really believe this person writing the review?<br>First, this review is from someone who does not hand out compliments very easily.<br>I was so impressed with Rony from NY’s Finest Roofing and Siding that I felt compelled to write this review.<br>When you meet Rony, you’ll find him to be honest, patient and knowledgeable. Rony, Dennis and the rest of the crew were all very polite and extremely professional. Always returned phone calls. Was present on job site and Listen to what we wanted to accomplish.<br>After the initial walk around he Emailed a proposal to make sure we were all on the same page.<br>As you know, poor communication can lead to a major misunderstanding. Not with Rony! It’s all there in the proposal…in black and white.<br>What more can you ask for? My wife and I never felt bullied or talked down to like we experienced with other companies. One of my neighbors came over while the guys were working and Rony took the time to go over and walk around his house. I already knew this guy wasn’t gonna buy anything, but Rony treated him the same way he treats everybody…with respect.<br>Call him and see for yourself, I know you will not be disappointed.”

The company that had done the complete roof replacement was entirely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to contact them. I contacted Sonmir based on his reviews, and he for sure deserves the 5 star review. “My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.<br><br>The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.<br><br>These guys are terrific to work with , pay great attention to detail and deliver a quality product.<br><br>Can’t thank them enough! Will use again.”
“Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product. I assume price was reasonable although I didnt get a second estimate. Would definitely call them again.”
“County Roofing recently replaced a roof and gutters at one of ACDS homes in Merrick. The communication from Keith was unprecedented in any dealing that we have had with a contractor. From the very moment he looked at the job he continually followed up to assure us that County Roofing was ready to take on the work when we were ready to move forward. Once a decision was made on our end, the job was scheduled about a week out and it was completed in two days. With the second day relegated to thorough cleanup and finishing touches, the work was done timely, tidy, efficiently and with great care. We will use County Roofing again and recommend them highly to everyone.”
