When it came time to make the call on whether to send me to a specialist or perform an emergency procedure right there—she trusted her instincts, chose to act, and walked me through every single step so I knew exactly what to expect. Her communication was top-tier and her hands? Steady and confident. The whole procedure? Seamless. I left that office feeling like I had just been taken care of by the Beyoncé and Jay-Z of ophthalmology. Seriously. I trusted them implicitly and still do.
