From start to finish, they were extremely professional and very reasonable priced. He took the time and patience to explain exactly how the dress was preserved, showed me everything in detail and made sure I understood how to properly store and care for it. That kind of personal attention means so much. He even helped me bring the preserved dress out to my car which I truly appreciated. “I had previously purchased a dress online but measured my bust wrong. When the dress arrived it was too small on top and would not close at all. I contacted the company and to my dismay, they told me the dress is discontinued and that I could not order the next size up. I was distraught as I LOVED this dress. My fiancé recommended we go to his cleaners to see if Nadia can work her magic. And let me tell you, magic she did! I knew this was going to be a daunting task. The dress needed fabric added to the side panels in order to for it to close. It also needed to be hemmed and the off the shoulder sleeves needed to be shortened. Nadia had us come for multiple fittings to make sure everything was working/ fitting the way we needed it to. She was extremely professional, kind and hard working. She got the dress done in time for my 30th birthday photoshoot (she was extremely busy at the time and was able to fit us in which I was very grateful for). The dress came out absolutely PERFECT. She was able to make the dress fit and was even able to give the dress a little train! I will forever recommend Nadia and all the staff (we also had the dress dry cleaned) at American Dry Cleaners. “This is the best dry cleaners near me. The employees are all kind. I’ve gotten tailoring done, things pressed, and things dry cleaned. Everything comes back better than it looked before. Good quality isn’t cheap and cheap isn’t good. It is more expensive than some other places but it is worth it if you care about your clothes. I won’t go anyplace else. The tailor is such a kind soul but only there Thurs-Saturday I think.“
