“I had a bridesmaid dress that a tailor from another shop did not do a good job with and it was still too big. I realized how much of an issue it was the day before the wedding and was panicking because I only had a few hours to get it fixed before I had to leave town. I called another tailor and they pretty much laughed at me when I said I only had a few hours and said they couldn't help me, but then I called VIP and they told me no problem, come right in and they will help! I got there at noon and they were able to get it done for me by 4pm! And it the work was perfect!!! Very friendly and reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be coming back here for any future tailoring and dry-cleaning needs.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs“

“They saved the day!!!We had a wedding at work and somehow one of the bridesmaid dresses became stained. I do not live in Oyster Bay and have no connections to any dry cleaners in town, but took a chance with running over to GreenSleeves with the dress. They looked at the dress (and my sad face) and said because it was an emergency they would help us out. 1.5 hours later they called me to pick up the cleaned dress. The dress looked like new and the wedding went on without a hitch. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is, especially since we had no connection previously.“
