“Honestly, I don’t know if the negative reviews are real or not because this place deserves more than 5 stars. Helena’s customer service was beyond expectations. I called around 12pm needing one tuxedo rushed, and not only did they accommodate me with zero hassle, but all FOUR tuxedos were perfectly done by 5pm the same day. The pricing was also extremely affordable.
