We had an awning installed this past summer and every part of the process was excellent. Marc took the time to explain the awning options, and made recommendations for our space. He went over the different fabric options and left the samples with us to take our time deciding. The awning was installed, as quoted, and has been the perfect addition to our patio. Would highly recommend!
Mike Tomson was instrumental in helping me with the warranty claim for a Softlite sliding glass door panel. He took delivery of the replacement unit and stored it for me for a couple months. Never asked for a penny. Honest and Professional Business man.
This is by far the BEST salon in the area!! I've had both ladies do my son's hair, both of them have done a fantastic job. My son suffers from Autism and they both were so patient kind and sweet to him! My husband also gets his haircut at the same time and he loves it too! Highly recommend! This salon uses an answering service, but I did not see the number on the website. When calling the main number, there is a message with the secondary phone number. Location is by LaSalle High School with street parking. No accessible entrance.
I was in desperate need for help. My hair color was patchy, uneven and I could not manage the length anymore due to carpal tunnel in both wrist and cranial hyperhiddrosis. (Sweating from the scalp) I called here on a whim, I had never heard of this salon before and With no hesitation I was told I could come the next day to see Amanda the owner!
She accommodated me. Stayed late on a Saturday, and made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. It was nice to have the empty salon (since she stayed after hours) as all foucus was on me. She gives a wonderful shampoo too. The chair was so comfy. The salon is cute and clean. She recommended hair products to maintain the style which Of course I purchased. The total cost for everything was very reasonable and I appreciated that, especially in this current economy.
My hair...It's soo much better and so easy to maintain.
Helpful tips: bring cash. She can take cards, but trust me... get cash out prior if able it'll be easier for you and the salon.

I never have a problem with my arrival, the wait time not long at all. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.Its seems after a while, they start calling you by name it feels awesome.
My experience here, can not be overstated nor exaggerated. I was walking down the street, saw this cool joint and figured I would stop in to ask a couple questions. The second I walked in I was greeted by the owner. He had a warm smile, he introduced himself and had great energy. He had an empty chair so I took a seat. I got an undercut done with one size and a fade. He cleaned up my neck and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The entire time we had a great time chatting about life. His skill is something you can tell he has honed over his years and the passion he has for his art form shows when he is finished. This isn’t just an experience unique to me. Go on their Instagram, look at all the incredible designs they do and more importantly the smiling faces. For quite some time I’ve been watching videos on YouTube of other Barbers around the world and I have seen some great work in the WNY area but what you get here is an experience that would be hard to rival. If you made it through to the end of this long worded review then do yourself a favor and just go! After you walk out feeling the way I do, spread the word and help keep those chairs full!

My acrylic nails look amazing! The man there (wish I got his name!) who’s done nails there for a long time, does such a great job every time. I used to go there years ago then stopped getting my nails done for a while. Returned today for a fill after another salon had me waiting for over a hour. I’m glad to be back and will be returning. Had a facial tonight at Maxx Lashes and OMG, best facial I’ve ever had!! The studio is immaculate and very welcoming. Max has magic hands, the products she uses felt so luxurious and the comforter, yes a comforter. not a sheet was so cozy and warm! Max was very thorough, explained the steps and process, asked if I had any concerns and made me feel so comfortable. She got all the talking done upfront so I could relax and enjoy every minute of the experience. My skin has never looked so good, I’m glowing!! I can’t wait to book my next service!! I was REALLY nervous and self conscious to get spray tanned by a person and not a machine. Stephanie has spray tanned me three times and every time she is so patient, makes me feel so comfortable, and like I am the most amazing and beautiful woman ever! I leave feeling so confident and pretty! My tan is always even and lasts! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Brazilian sugar always turns out great. It's pricy but it really helps my skin to do this instead of other methods. It's a relaxing and clean shop and the girls are nice.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Naz made me feel so comfortable! I was not prepared for how much it hurt, I was literally yelling and laughing the whole time?. Today was my second time at this studio, and this is the best my brows have looked in years!!! A few months ago, I stopped in, and she asked me to grow them for 2 weeks then come back... I'm so glad I did. She easily could have just cleaned up my busted brows, but she didn't! Thank you for bringing my brows back to BEAUTIFUL ?

He got right to work at diagnosing the problem while going the extra mile to explain everything to me in layman's terms. Maybe two hours later and a super affordable fee, everything was buttoned up and much cooler than my wife probably wants it.

I had a brand new couch I had to put into storage and when I went to empty my storage, the whole unit had been infested with mice. My couch had rust, mice feces etc on it. It was in brand new condition upon going into storage. This company worked with me to find a day perfect for our schedule and saved my couch. It looks brand new again. They sanitized it and even cleaned a couple things for my daughter while there. Absolutely go with this company!!!
We have used Kwick Klean years ago for our carpet cleaning and duct cleaning services. I will say first and foremost, they are professional, courteous and on time. Their prices are the best I’ve seen and they’re knowledgeable too. The only company I will use. We bought our house 3 years ago and surprise surprise after we took ownership, of course a lot of carpet stains “appeared”. Knowing how great they were before, we called Kwick Klean again for their carpet cleaning as this would have put them to the test. I was legit floored at how bad the carpet’s came out looking like they’d just been installed. Top notch. 10 stars

It has been about 9 years since I've been here, and the doctor remembered me like I've been seeing him weekly. I've been in a lot of pain lately and haven't been able to do much myself since my surgery, but since I left the office, I feel incredible! So glad I made the call and decided to start seeing him again.
Jillian is an excellent therapist. I always get the ultimate massage. My only complaint is that although I've talked to several secretaries, I can not get an itemized bill print out of my previous appointments so that I can submit it to my insurance company for repayment of my service. I don't understand why this seems to be so difficult. I have talked to several girls at the front desk. I have been trying to get this itemize billing statement for over a month. Several secretaries have said they were gonna work on it. I come in a week later. I still don't get it. They said they would leave messages with someone who are more familiar with the programming system and how to print it out, still I get nothing. They say it would be sent to me in an email. I still haven't received it. I hope that they get good staff soon, somebody that will follow through. It's starting to be a bit frustrating that I come there to be relieved of stress in my body so that It may heal properly but instead I get stressed out trying to get paperwork.
From the person answering the phone and all the techs, Dr. Mike are a pleasure to deal with.
But the most important they keep all our little Fur babies happy and healthy.
I believe that they are very good with the animals they care for. I take my dog there all the time and they are nothing but good people and treat my dog in a good manner.
Dr Downey and his team are just amazing. Very kind and empathetic. Took great care of all our dogs in the past. We are thinking of getting another dog and he will definitely be our vet!
I’ve been to A LOT of vets, for routine and emergency procedures. All of them prior besides OSU seem to price gauge and seem to care more about the green other than the animals. I truly believe many vets in this area are part of some sort of conglomerate and keep prices similar and attempt to crush those that do not comply.
This vet, completely goes against that norm. This was my first experience with them, for teeth cleaning / removal along w a fat mass removal on my Beagle. They were 1/2 the price of other vets in area ($1,500-$2,000 compared to over $3,000).
Not only that, a pet peeve of mine is vets requiring payment prior to treatment, which all in area do. DRIVES ME NUTS! It was refreshing to drop off my dog here and have them say, “we will call you when she’s ready!” And not pull out my credit card. Like it’s my dog, I’ll pay for it. Gerber gets it!
When I went to get my Pup the bill was BELOW the LOW end of estimate!! I’ve also never had that. I always come in expecting to pay high end or over as I always have before. I have had an animal die on the table and they billed the high end!! Apparently the complete procedure was 100% complete and the animal died (w/o CPR) AND they apparently used everything they estimated on the high end. Ridiculous.
Will Gerber always be below low end? No, of course not, things happen. But it is just so nice to see people caring about animals and not nickel and dimeing.
Lastly, speaking of nickel and dimeing her nails were trimmed AND ears cleaned spotless! They didn’t call and ask to do that for the extra $15-$30 other vets charged. They just did it, free of charge!
It’s just unheard of nowadays. All these extras, below budget, friendly, pay at pick up.
They truly care for the customer and I can’t put into words how grateful and happy I am. Thank you!
