The answered the phone at 8:45 am for a non-emergency call. The technician called before he arrived a few hours later. He fixed the lock quickly and provided excellent advise on how address a door jam issue we have had for years. He was also not bothered by our bulldog watching the entire process and bringing toys to him while he worked.

Extremely fast and friendly! Called at 9:10 and arrived within an hour to cut a new key and my son misplaced it. I also ordered a new fob, it arrived in a day and took them less than 15 minutes to program.Beautiful store front, clean and meticulously organized. They had everything I needed from auto/home lock mechanisms, bicycles, and safes. 10/10 I’ll use them every time.

I've gone to cataract before, for car keys, and to even buy a bike, so I knew who I'd go to when replacing the locks on my new house!! I went on Monday to get an estimate/ look into the locks, and they came out on Thursday and replaced them! Dave was the gentleman who replaced my locks. He is super sweet and personable, and took the time to educate me on how the lock handle on my front door, which is original to the house, works! When he replaced the side door locks, he noticed my screen door didn't close properly, so he played with the speed of how fast it closed and was able to get it to shut fast enough to properly latch!!
