We used Creative Home Improvements in May of 2023 for our Kitchen renovation and flooring for our first floor. We were so impressed with Carlos and his team. They were extremely professional, communicated any issues along the way, they were punctual every morning and left our house clean every day during the renovation. Our renovation from demo to completion was two weeks and two days!! They had to demo walls, remove and replace 1200 sf of flooring, and completely gutted and renovated our kitchen in just over two weeks!! Carlos and his team were amazing, our kitchen renovation exceeded our expectations! He went above and beyond and helped us with design ideas and a few side projects we had not anticipated. Carlos is punctual, reliable and gets back to you almost immediately if you ever contact him with a question or concern. I thought the pricing was more than fair. Carlos and his crew are great! Carlos is professional, honest, reliable, reasonable and does excellent work. I appreciate that he returns calls as soon as he can and he comes when he says he is going to come. He has a strong work ethic which, in my opinion, is hard to find. He recently remodeled my entire kitchen and bathroom. This included putting down a new sub-floor and tile throughout. I will use him for my future home projects. I highly recommend!
