“Kaleb went above and beyond to make sure my AC unit was not just serviced, but that it received an additional cleaning for preventative maintenance. I was very impressed. He also took the time to walk the property with me, encouraging me to contact Lagan’s about installing a second AC unit upstairs. I was hesitant to do so earlier because I didn’t realize there was an easy solution to my lack of wall space.
