The doctor explained everything well, and the small office was very clean with brand new equipment. The retail staff can pick out frames while customers are being examined. The process was explained at every step, and insurance options were clearly explained. The location was calm, collected, and professional with no wait. Customers bought multiple pairs of glasses and highly recommend the Warby Parker at 80th Street and Columbus.
The team here is the best. Wildly helpful and over accommodating, incredibly knowledgeable, and kindly patient. The eye exam itself was also quick, easy, informative, and inspired confidence to move into the next steps of frame selection.
Been going to this branch of Warby Parker for several years.I always have a good experience. The staff and doctors are helpful, knowledgable and personable. The store is very nicely laid out. Never too much of a wait, though sometimes it can be busy. I highly recommend this store!
I loved my old frames from WP but after six and a half years felt like I needed a refresh, plus my Rx changed. It truly is the only place I would consider buying new glasses b/c of the wide selection of styles, the great, no-pressure service, all the time they let me sit, ponder and try on endless pairs (giving me honest is-this-right-for-my-face advice) until I made a selection. I absolutely love my new glasses. Thank you Taye for all your patience and advice.
