I’ve been going to Optyx for a few years and have always liked this location and team, but I had my best experience getting new glasses and an exam today.
Tanaisia was an absolute rockstar, she understood what I was looking for and what would work for me and helped me find the PERFECT frame. Not only was she helpful and on top of everything she was incredibly warm and kind. Easily the most fun and best experience I’ve ever had getting glasses.
I also had a comprehensive and fantastic exam, where I felt comfortable and all my concerns were addressed.

I appreciate how everyone in the office explained each step of the appointment very clearly, and they are very kind and thorough. I would definitely recommend the W 87th/Broadway location!
