The kindest people - I will never buy glasses anywhere else again! I stopped in on a whim, hoping for help with repairing a pair of glasses that I didn’t originally purchase at this location. Not only did they help me immediately, but in the few minutes that we got to chatting, multiple customers stopped by with their dogs - some just to say hello! It can be rare to find such lovely folks who are also so professional. I’m so grateful for their help and will absolutely be back!

I have been a longtime customer of Robert Marc NYC, especially at 190 Columbus Ave. I have a very strong and complicated prescription and this is the only place that gets it perfect, every time!! The quality of the lenses themselves are superior to any other place Ive gone. Plus, the frames are beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have a million positive things to say about this brand and this boutique (particularly Natella, who works at this location). I have an extremely strong prescription, probably one of the strongest they’ve worked with, and they do a superb job every time. Huge shout-out to Natella, who is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind, and makes my life so much easier just by ensuring that my glasses are always on point! Highly recommend Robert Marc and this location!
