I need glasses for the first time in my life and the staff of this store are beyond knowledgeable and helpful. They are kind and welcome dogs from the neighborhood with delicious snacks. Not just small snacks, multiple options. Keagan will not let me pass this store without going in after our experience. So now the staff has become friends we have to say hello to every time we head to Central Park. Thank you for your generosity and kindness. Everyone who works here exudes professional help, and kind character. Love, Chanelle & Keagan.

The kindest people - I will never buy glasses anywhere else again! I stopped in on a whim, hoping for help with repairing a pair of glasses that I didn’t originally purchase at this location. Not only did they help me immediately, but in the few minutes that we got to chatting, multiple customers stopped by with their dogs - some just to say hello! It can be rare to find such lovely folks who are also so professional. I’m so grateful for their help and will absolutely be back!

I have been a longtime customer of Robert Marc NYC, especially at 190 Columbus Ave. I have a very strong and complicated prescription and this is the only place that gets it perfect, every time!! The quality of the lenses themselves are superior to any other place Ive gone. Plus, the frames are beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
