Although they do not accept insurance, their prices are reasonable for the quality of the products and the exceptional service provided. The staff, especially Fernando, are highly skilled and attentive, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every customer. Customers praise the store's incredible service, from the eye test to the frame adjustments, and feel welcomed and valued with each visit. Despite any issues, the in-store staff, including Carlo, are commended for their exceptional customer service and pleasant interactions.
The folks working at the MOSCOT are so wonderful!! I had to get my glasses repaired after they got tragically crushed, and I was sure that the frames would be irreparable. But they fixed them beautifully! I’m so grateful! This is a great location, I originally was very hesitant to pay so much for glasses, but the customer care that comes with them are absolutely worth it.
I’ve purchased 2 pair of sunglasses and one prescription pair from Moscot off of Columbus over the past year. The shop is small but mighty. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It almost feels like shopping with family. Their selection of frames and glasses are huge. Their turnaround time for special offers is quick. I highly recommend them! You can’t go wrong.
Amazing store with great selection of frames which cannot be found elsewhere. Jen is a gem but Javon makes a real difference to come back over and over. I agree that the price, paid at the end, is a bit more than at some other retailers but considering the quality and customer service every penny is worth. Keep up the good job my cowboy hat man.
