Amazing experience here with Keisha and Dr Rausch were both so lovely. My friend and i had an amazing time picking out new frames. I’ve been wearing my new glasses for a couple weeks now and I’m absolutely loving them!! I worked with Justin at the Columbus ave location to pick the frames, the team there was super accommodating when I needed to adjust the lenses as well which I really appreciated. I got another adjustment to the arms of the frames at the Soho location since it was closer to my office, and Latoya and the team there was wonderful as well! It took a bit of back and forth for me to decide on what fit felt best, and everyone was very helpful and informative and it made making the decision a lot easier with their advice.
