You would never know the jacket had a vent. They also closed the gap around the waist in the back of my pants and it was sleek and perfect. Amazing and talented team. I highly recommend. “A number of friends recommended Alts for nicer pieces. Brought in multiple designer pants for the first time to Sona: silk trousers, jeans, and a cargo pant. My trousers in particular had elastic cuffs at the bottom that I wanted to remove, as well an unusual waist belt. Sona totally transformed them, and I wasn’t even sure it was possible going in. More than happy I did, now a go-to. Highly recommend.“

When the length of the bottom of the dress wasn’t right, Jess and the tailor helped me figure out a solution that looked even better than the original style of the dress and it was a big hit. Although tailoring can be kind of expensive, it’s truly worth the service you get. Jess also helped me do a private delivery service to accommodate for closing the shop early due to personal emergency at no additional cost to ensure I’d get the dress in time (which ended up being a few days early anyways!). Thank you guys!!!“

I foolishly carried a dark brown suede tote on my shoulder all day in NYC and one entire side of the sweater had brown color transfer. They cleaned all of it!! “In general, I’ve been happy with the service. However, I brought a few vintage items in - Armani linen pants, a 70s wool top - and after being dry cleaned, the zippers are now very tough to zip. I’m assuming the chemicals in the dry cleaning process permanently damaged the functionality which is quite disappointing. I wish more care had been taken to avoid applying the chemicals to the vintage zippers which cannot handle the same chemical treatment newer zippers can.“
