Friendly and professional. They have mended many articles of clothing for us over the years, and they’ve removed stains from countless shirt collars. Their wash and fold service is fast and efficient as well.

Superb work, and excellent service. Alterations and dry cleaning are above and beyond. Service is highly personalized--special requests, particular preferences. I trust them with every kind of garment and the most delicate, "fussy" fabrics, and they never disappoint. They've done all kinds of alterations for me, and everything has fit perfectly. Repairs have been invisible. And, when suddenly I had closet moths, they got rid of the moths, inspected each item for damage (found some I hadn't noticed) and repaired all the moth holes beautifully.

I love the staff at Kay's! They always help me get items tailored quickly and are very professional. I am always happy with how items turn out. I don't use any other tailor in NYC. I have also had valuable items dry cleaned and feel totally confident in their abilities.
