I brought two large sized cloth travel bags into Kay French Cleaners. I have used them for traveling for many years. They are vertical shaped bags with cloth loop handles..They were extremely dirty from years of use. Bad stains that looked permanent were on the bottom of the bags - where something must have spilled or leaked over the many years of use.. Frankly, I was going to throw them out and get new ones, but I am attached to them because of the many trips I have used them on. I honestly cannot recommend this dry cleaner enough. Sarah and Cathy are wonderful. They are always so warm and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about doing a great job.
Recently they revived a vintage coat for me that I was worried about, and it came back looking almost brand new. I could not believe the transformation. The care and attention they put into their work is remarkable.
Every item I have brought in has come back beautifully cleaned and pressed, but more than that, Sarah and Cathy make the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. It is the kind of neighborhood business you feel lucky to have.
