I was very impressive at the quality of service from both the washing/drying machines all the way to the customer service of the attendees of the laundromat. Customers are taken care of with such quality! My husband and I were visiting my mom and had laundry loaded up in the trunk of our car (our goal was to get our laundry done after visiting my mom when we spotted this laundry) and gave it a chance and wow ?. We drive about 20 mins bi weakly with laundry loaded in our trunk because it is worth it compared to the laundromats in my area plus we visit my mom so we get 2 birds with one stone ! ?“

My trousers in particular had elastic cuffs at the bottom that I wanted to remove, as well an unusual waist belt. Sona totally transformed them, and I wasn’t even sure it was possible going in. Although tailoring can be kind of expensive, it’s truly worth the service you get. Jess also helped me do a private delivery service to accommodate for closing the shop early due to personal emergency at no additional cost to ensure I’d get the dress in time (which ended up being a few days early anyways!).
